Request a Doctor

Sana is an open access plan, which means you're not bound by a network. You can see any doctor you want!

If your preferred doctor isn’t one of the thousands already working with Sana, you can request a doctor.

You should request a doctor when:

  • You want to continue seeing your current doctor, and they aren't already working with Sana.
  • You want to see a new doctor, and they aren't already working with Sana.

Here's how to request a doctor:

  1. Sign in to Sana
  2. Select Request a Doctor from the main menu
  3. Complete the form

This information goes directly to our Provider Engagement Team, who will reach out to your doctor. 

Note: It helps our team move things along faster if you already have an appointment scheduled.
