What is an HSA account?

HSA stands for Health Savings Account. This is a tax-advantaged savings account that allows you to contribute pre-taxed funds to help pay for certain medical expenses. These accounts can help with unexpected medical expenses that can arise.

To have an HSA you need to be enrolled in a qualified high deductible plan.

Sana offers two qualified high deductible plans, H1 and H2. High deductible plans require that you pay out of pocket until your deductible and out of pocket max has been met.
