Checking the Status of a Claim

The easiest way for providers to check the status of a claim is electronically through their EMR or Medical Record system using our Payer ID: SANA1

You'll need to provide the following information when contacting Sana:

  • Provider Name
  • NPI Number
  • Member Name
  • Member Date of Birth
  • Date of Service
